General Description
Under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager, the Regional Career Development Coordinator assists with coordinating activities, projects, job development, and placement for the PACT Programs.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates activities between program partners, community-based organizations, contractors, and others.
- Identifies community service project opportunities for students.
- Provides employability skills training and develops job opportunities for graduates.
- Plays a role in placement and follow-up needs of students.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s degree in a human services or related field, minimum one year of experience in career development or counseling.
Preferred: Communication skills, budget oversight, proficiency in MS Office, supervisory skills, knowledge of construction trades.
