Responsibilities

• Coordinate case management of patient services.
• Document patient care and staff performance.
• Supervise assigned Care staff.
• Assist the Administrator as necessary.
• Provide direct patient care including case management, Oasis care planning, and efficient staffing utilization.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in North Carolina.
• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience.
• Knowledge of hospice/homecare regulations.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• CPR certification.
