Job Description

Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for a 7AM-3PM position at a well-established skilled nursing facility in Concord, NH. Nurses will primarily assist and support providers in the provision of patient care.

Responsibilities

Support providers (physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants) in patient care.
Promote patient independence by establishing care goals.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Requirements

6-12 months of recent supervised experience in Long Term Care/Nursing Home setting.
Registered Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
Current CPR/BLS certification, Physical, TB test (within 1 year of hire).
Current Registered Nurse - RN license in the state of employment or compact (multi-state) license.
