Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Relationship Manager to join our team at KETER ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES LLC. As a Relationship Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue from existing accounts and managing a portfolio of clients at a corporate level. Your responsibilities will include enhancing client partnerships, resolving service issues, advocating for client needs internally, and driving sustainability initiatives.
Responsibilities
As a Relationship Manager, you will:
- Own the overall customer experience and act as the primary point of contact for client concerns.
- Build and maintain relationships with key corporate contacts, facilitating internal and external initiatives.
- Deliver and advise clients on performance reporting, conduct reviews, and resolve escalated service issues.
- Collaborate with internal departments and clients to implement new sites and achieve objectives.
- Analyze client financial performance, track contract renewals, and propose billing adjustments.
- Drive revenue by identifying upsell opportunities and promoting additional waste and recycling services.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to enhance service offerings.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.
- Analytical and sales-focused mindset with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in customer success and relationship management software, such as Salesforce.
Work Environment
This position requires a home office environment with moderate noise levels. Travel of up to 50%, including overnight stays, may be necessary.
Compensation
Annual Salary Range: $59,200 - $84,000.
