Reliability Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for skilled Reliability Maintenance Technicians to join TOYOTI1's team in White, Georgia. As a Reliability Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for executing preventive maintenance on advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs). You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our state-of-the-art production facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Maintain and troubleshoot robotic-driven equipment with PLCs.
• Demonstrate expertise in PLCs, AC & DC servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical systems maintenance.
• Be adaptable to work day or night shifts, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of mechanical/electrical experience.
• Proficiency in PLCs, mechanical abilities, and a safety-oriented mindset.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 80 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred education in Manufacturing Engineering Technology or related field.
