Reliability Maintenance Technician

Job Description

TOYO TIRE NORTH AMERICA MANUFACTURING, INC. is seeking dedicated and skilled Reliability Maintenance Technicians to join our dynamic team in White, Georgia. If you are looking for a rewarding opportunity in a cutting-edge production facility, this position is for you.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance on advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
• Maintain expertise in PLCs (Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley), AC & DC Servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical system maintenance.
• Work day or night shifts, including weekends and holidays in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of five years experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance in an industrial setting.
• Exceptional mechanical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Must be safety-oriented and able to work effectively both independently and in teams.
