Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the operation of our restaurant at the Atlanta Marriott managed by Dimension Hospitality. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality service standards, maximizing profits, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop financial and operational plans to support company objectives.
- Prepare and monitor the annual budget.
- Analyze customer satisfaction and financial reports for corrective action.
- Maintain product and service quality standards.
- Implement sales and marketing programs.
- Ensure employee motivation, training, and compliance with labor regulations.
- Protect physical assets and ensure safety and security measures.
- Enhance communication systems for all employees.
- Create programs for increased customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of dining room supervisor experience.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- TIPS certification and Food Safety certification required.
