Job Description

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Kettering Health Network's Soin Medical Center in Beavercreek. This is a full-time position on the Acute Care Ortho Trauma 5 West unit, working days.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will utilize the nursing process to provide high-quality care to patients in collaboration with other healthcare providers. Responsibilities include acting as a patient advocate, delivering safe care, delegating tasks, and participating in performance improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Ohio.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Preferably hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing within 5 years of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Additional certifications as per unit scope of practice (ACLS, NRP, PALS).
