We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Kettering Health Network for the Progressive Care Trauma unit. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in collaboration with our healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver comprehensive care to patients in all settings.
• Act as a patient advocate to ensure the delivery of safe care and participate in performance improvement activities.
• Adhere to the organization's mission, vision, values, and philosophies in nursing practice.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Ohio.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• BSN preferred within 5 years of hire.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS as per unit requirements.
• Experience in acute care setting or completion of refresher course for returning nurses.
