Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Green Source Automation LLC, based in Jerome, Idaho, is looking for an experienced Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be involved in all aspects of our automated systems lifecycle, from design to support, ensuring the continued efficiency and functionality of our robotics systems in the dairy industry.

Responsibilities

• Performing biweekly maintenance on all six robotics systems.
• Conducting weekly brush changes and monthly preventative maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators.
• Setting shift work hours and days, including occasional on-call shifts.

Requirements

• Ability and willingness to develop the skill set necessary to perform maintenance tasks.
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience reading and understanding electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Proficiency in working with chemicals like Chlorine, Chlorine dioxide, and Iodine.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly.
• Strong self-motivation, time management, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting electrical systems and possession of a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 yearly salary.
