Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician to join Green Source Automation LLC in Jerome, Idaho. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in all stages of our automated systems, from design to support, ensuring the seamless operation of our systems in the dairy industry.

Responsibilities

• Performing biweekly maintenance on all six robotics systems.
• Conducting weekly brush changes for optimal performance.
• Executing monthly preventative maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators.
• Adhering to set work hours and days, with occasional on-call shifts.

Requirements

• Ability and willingness to acquire necessary maintenance skills.
• Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Proficiency in PC skills and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Experience with chemicals (e.g., Chlorine, Chlorine dioxide, Iodine).
• Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently or in a team.
• Knowledge of electrical system troubleshooting.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
