Our Security Officers play a vital role in maintaining safety and order at the Roswell Job Corps Center. They are responsible for enforcing rules, ensuring a secure environment, and providing exceptional customer service to students and staff.

Responsibilities

• Transport students in company vehicles.
• Patrol assigned areas and respond to disturbances or safety hazards.
• Assist visitors, students, and staff as needed.
• Maintain student accountability logs.
• Conduct security checks and investigations.
• Issue visitor passes and temporary vehicle permits.
• Participate in disciplinary processes and crisis management.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures.
• Attend required training sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid State Driver's License.
• Preferably with 3-6 months of security or related experience.
• Knowledge of law enforcement procedures.
• CPR/FA Certification.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Familiarity with youth-related issues.
