Job Title: Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual to join Toyo Tires N.A., a leading international tire manufacturing company. In this role, you will be responsible for becoming the subject matter expert on CADIOS, managing production costs, and collaborating with the team in Japan. As a fluent Japanese speaker, you will play a crucial role in understanding material transactions and optimizing cost management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with the team in Japan to optimize production costs.
• Plan and direct the Fixed Asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and verify upon completion.
• Develop an annual budget for labor and other costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of Cost Accounting and Cost Management experience.
• Fluency in Japanese is a must.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
