Join Toyo Tires N.A. as a Senior Cost Analyst in our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in managing production costs, investigating variances, and collaborating with our global counterparts in Japan. We are seeking a bilingual professional fluent in Japanese to excel in this dynamic role.

Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Analyze material transactions and investigate monthly variances.
• Collaborate with Japan to optimize CADIOS for cost management.
• Lead the Fixed Asset inventory process.
• Assist departments in ROI analysis on new projects.
• Contribute to the annual budget planning process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• Fluency in Japanese is a must.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
