Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and dynamic Senior Cost Analyst who is bilingual in Japanese and English to join TOYOTI1, an innovative and leading international tire manufacturing company. As a Senior Cost Analyst, you will be responsible for becoming the subject matter expert on CADIOS, managing production costs, analyzing monthly variances, and leading the fixed asset inventory. An essential part of your role will involve collaborating with teams in Japan to optimize the use of CADIOS for cost management.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Work with Japan to optimize the use of CADIOS for production cost management.
• Direct the Fixed Asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and verify upon completion.
• Participate in the budget planning process by developing annual budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• Fluency in Japanese is a must.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
