We are seeking a passionate individual to become the subject matter expert on CADIOS, manage production costs, and collaborate with our team in Japan. This position offers the opportunity to lead cost analysis initiatives and contribute to budget planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Work closely with the team in Japan on cost management.
• Analyze monthly variances in material transactions.
• Oversee Fixed Asset inventory.
• Assist departments in ROI analysis for new projects.
• Contribute to the annual budget planning process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting.
• Fluency in Japanese is a must.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
