As part of a leading international tire manufacturing company, we are looking for dynamic individuals who will play a vital role in managing production costs and driving financial performance. Your expertise will be crucial in analyzing variances, managing fixed assets, and collaborating with Japan on cost optimization strategies.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Analyze material transactions and investigate variances.
• Collaborate with Japan on cost management through CADIOS.
• Plan and oversee Fixed Asset inventory.
• Assist departments in ROI analysis and budget planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is a plus.
• Fluency in Japanese is a must!
