Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join TOYOTI1, a leading tire manufacturing company with a global presence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing production costs, analyzing variances, and collaborating with teams in Japan utilizing CADIOS. Fluent Japanese language proficiency is a requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Analyze material transactions and investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with Japan to optimize production cost management through CADIOS.
• Plan and oversee Fixed Asset inventory.
• Assist departments in analyzing ROI on new projects and verifying results.
• Participate in budget planning by developing labor and cost budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and cost management.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
• Fluency in Japanese is mandatory.
