Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Join Toyo Tires N.A. as a Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) at our newly opened state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. You will play a crucial role in cost management, inventory planning, and financial analysis for our innovative tire manufacturing operations. We are seeking a dynamic individual fluent in Japanese to become our subject matter expert on CADIOS, work with our Japan team to optimize production costs, and provide leadership in budget planning and cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Understand material transactions and investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with Japan to optimize production costs using CADIOS. Fluent Japanese language skills are required.
• Plan and direct Fixed Asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and verify completion.
• Participate in budget planning by developing annual labor and cost budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is a significant advantage.
