Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company known for innovation and quality products. As a Senior Cost Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing production costs and analyzing financial data. This position requires fluency in Japanese to work closely with the team in Japan.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with the team in Japan to optimize production costs using CADIOS.
• Lead the Fixed Asset inventory planning and management.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and ensure completion verification.
• Participate in the budget planning process by developing annual budgets for labor and other costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
• Fluency in Japanese is a must.
