Job Description
Join TOYOTI1's dynamic team as a full-time Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As part of our international tire manufacturing company with over 75 years of experience, you will contribute to our global success by becoming the subject matter expert on CADIOS and managing production costs effectively. Fluency in Japanese is essential for collaborating with our team in Japan.
Responsibilities
- Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS and manage production costs efficiently.
- Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS and work with the Japan team to enhance cost management.
- Lead the Fixed Asset inventory and analyze ROI on new projects.
- Participate in the budget planning process by developing annual budgets for labor and other costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and cost management.
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
- Fluency in Japanese is a must.
