Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Cost Analyst who is bilingual in English and Japanese to join TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing production costs, investigating variances, and collaborating with the team in Japan to optimize cost management through CADIOS. Fluency in Japanese is a must for effective communication and coordination with the global team.
Key Responsibilities
- Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
- Investigate and analyze material transactions and monthly variances.
- Collaborate with the team in Japan to enhance cost management through CADIOS.
- Plan and oversee the Fixed Asset inventory.
- Analyze ROI on new projects and ensure accuracy upon completion.
- Participate in the budget planning process by developing annual budgets for labor and other costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and cost management.
- CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
- Fluency in Japanese is required.
