Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Group Sales Manager to join the Black Desert Resort team. This position is remote, based out of the Greater Salt Lake City Area, offering a unique opportunity to work in the luxury hospitality industry. As the Senior Group Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing group sales accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction while maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities

• Implement innovative sales strategies and build strong client relationships.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts for guest rooms, meeting spaces, and services.
• Prepare and present proposals, maintain documentation, and analyze sales data.
• Collaborate with Marketing to identify new business opportunities.
• Work with other departments to ensure a cohesive market expansion approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the luxury hospitality industry.
• Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and networking abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel and adapt to flexible working hours.

Salary Range

$100,000 - $110,000 per year + bonus.
