Senior OnBase Developer

Job Description

Princeton University is looking for a talented Senior OnBase Developer to join its central IT team. The Senior OnBase Developer will be responsible for supporting, developing, and integrating solutions on the OnBase by Hyland enterprise platform. This position involves creating new solutions, providing application support, and assisting with administration tasks and software releases.

Responsibilities

• Leverage OnBase API, C#, and/or VBScript to enhance solutions.
• Develop interfaces between OnBase and other applications.
• Utilize OnBase functionality including Workflow and WorkView.
• Prepare technical requirements and solution designs.
• Maintain and refine existing content management solutions.
• Build reports using Hyland Report Services module and SQL scripts.
• Support OnBase application administration.
• Lead projects from development to production go-live.
• Collaborate on cost-benefit analysis for new modules.
• Build relationships with campus users and team members.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience with 3+ years as an enterprise content management developer.
• Experience in full lifecycle projects and SDLC methodologies.
• Proficiency in ECM document imaging, management, import processing, and workflow.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with OnBase by Hyland.
• Knowledge of administration tools and certifications.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Microsoft Visio.
• Experience in a higher education setting.
