We are seeking an experienced Showroom Manager in Santa Barbara, CA, to oversee business operations, manage a team of approximately seven employees, and drive sales growth. Immediate hire.
Responsibilities
- Develop business strategies to optimize profitability and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Meet sales goals through training, mentoring, and motivating sales staff.
- Maintain store condition, adhere to policies, and oversee visual merchandising.
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, and propose market share enhancement ideas.
- Conduct personnel appraisals, address issues, and ensure high performance standards.
Requirements
- 5 years of showroom management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven retail store management experience.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- BS degree in Business Administration or related field desirable.
