Job Description
We are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of Site Director at Career Systems Development Corporation. The Site Director will be responsible for overseeing and administering student programs at the Job Corps Center, ensuring the center meets its goals and objectives while maintaining a high standard of performance and data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Administer assigned components of the Job Corps Center.
- Ensure center goals are met and maintain 100% OBS.
- Build relationships with community leaders and local employers.
- Maintain open communication with staff and the Center Director.
- Prepare necessary reports for the Department of Labor and CSD.
- Conduct staff meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications
Minimum: Bachelor's Degree plus three years' experience in program management in Job Corps or similar training programs. Experience working with youth.
Preferred: Master's degree or equivalent with experience in a residential setting.
Knowledge: Familiarity with education and training for young adults, contract administration, and fiscal analysis. Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with students and staff.

Ability to operate office equipment. Occasionally works alone. 85% of time spent interacting with teams. Ability to read and write at a college level.
