Training Facilitator

Job Description

District Photo Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Training Facilitator to join our team. This role is part of the Quality and Continuous Improvement department and involves the development and execution of training programs within our manufacturing facility. The Training Facilitator will design, coordinate, and deliver training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees, working closely with various departments to align training programs with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support the assessment of training needs and develop training materials.
• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs focusing on technical skills, safety, and quality standards.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions for employees at various levels using a variety of instructional techniques.
• Maintain, update, and evaluate training materials for continuous improvement.
• Act as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment on quality standards and training initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Training, Quality Management, or Human Resources.
• Proven experience as a Training Facilitator, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and motivate others towards quality and efficiency goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of printing technologies or related manufacturing sectors.

Working Conditions

• Significant physical activities and ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work.

Schedule

M-F, 8am to 5pm. Occasional adjusted schedule, overtime, and weekend hours may be required.
