Treasury Relationship Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Treasury Relationship Manager to join Fresno First Bank's dynamic team. As the Treasury Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating deposit relationships with small to medium-sized businesses and professionals in Southern California. Your role will involve driving growth through sales management, community engagement, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses through consultative selling of Treasury Management products.
• Demonstrate expertise in Treasury Management systems and platforms, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in business development activities and solicit new prospects in Southern California.
• Provide cross-selling opportunities for other banking products and services.
• Ensure compliance with audit regulations and implement cost controls for profitability.

Requirements

• Reside in Southern California with a strong market presence.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 7 years of relevant business development or sales experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of financial statements and tax return analysis.
• Familiarity with banking compliance regulations, operations, and products.
• Proven ability in marketing, cross-selling, and explaining banking products confidently.

Compensation

Yearly Salary: $125,000 - $175,000
