Job Description

Sirmax North America Inc is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for proposing and implementing business development plans, developing sales in terms of volumes and profitability, and establishing multi-level relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Visit customers to achieve sales goals and develop multi-level relationships with the assigned customer(s) and other stakeholders.
  • Draw up sales forecasts and identify deviations for necessary corrections and changes to programs.
  • Research and develop new customers in the assigned area of expertise.
  • Proactively understand and analyze customer product and service needs.
  • Coordinate the positioning of innovative products in the market based on customer needs.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Strong organizational and excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum 2 years related to sales in plastics.
  • Positive, customer-focused outlook and a strong learning orientation.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and computer and phone usage. 90%
  • Traveling.
