Great Falls Clinic is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Great Falls Clinic Hospital. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to clinic patients, serving as a key link between patients, staff, and providers. Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care following established standards and practices.
- Act as a liaison between patients, staff, and providers.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs.
- Conduct vital sign assessments, triage patient calls, and refill prescriptions.
- Support and provide direction to CNA's, Schedulers, and other team members.
Requirements
- Graduate of a Nursing Program.
- Current state LPN or CMA/RMA license.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Proficiency in basic nursing procedures, medical terminology, and office skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
