Job Description

Spartan Logistics, a third-party logistics company, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee operations at our Hazelwood, MO location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing transportation, storage, and distribution activities while upholding AIB food grade certification standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including freight, returns, and transfers.
• Lead and develop the warehouse team to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ensure high levels of accuracy in all warehouse operations.
• Operate mechanical and IT systems efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with customers and other departments.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate staff.
• Maintain statistical and financial records.
• Plan and execute operational strategies.
• Manage budgets and inventory control processes.
• Ensure compliance with AIB food grade standards through audits and requirements.
