Job Description
We are looking for a talented Architectural Designer to join our team at Areté Collective/Denton House Design Studio, LLC. As part of our dynamic group of professionals, you will play a crucial role in creating high-end hospitality, commercial, and multifamily residential projects. Your work will involve producing visionary architectural designs and coordinating with internal teams and consultants to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Architects and Project Managers.
- Assist in generating contract drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate construction administration efforts.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project teams.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of architectural design experience.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, Master's degree preferred.
- Registered architect desired.
- Experience with large-scale multifamily developments and Affordable Housing Tax Credits required.
- Proficiency in REVIT, Lumion, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketchup, and MS Office Suite.
