Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Nurse Manager to join our team at LifeBridge Health's Emergency Department located at Northwest Hospital. This full-time position offers night shifts from 7:00pm to 3:30am. As an RN Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the coordination of resources to ensure high-quality patient care.
Unit Summary
The Emergency Department at Northwest Hospital handles over 60,000 patients annually and has 49 beds. Our team provides care for various illnesses, including cardiac, stroke, behavioral health, orthopedic injuries, and minor trauma. In addition to rapid care for minor illnesses, our staff is known for their positivity and strong organizational skills.
Job Summary
This role involves 24-hour accountability for coordinating resources to deliver exceptional service in line with the hospital's mission and nursing department's philosophy.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent with specialized field knowledge.
- Bachelor's in Nursing, National Certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in nursing or related field.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and BLS Certification required.
