Job Description
GoldenWolf, LLC is seeking a highly motivated, versatile Project Engineer to work on-site in Portsmouth, VA, with the U.S. Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery. You will support facility life cycle management, developing scopes of works, estimates, CMMS data collection, and coordination activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive program support for Facility Management Program.
- Develop project scope, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Assist in facilities administration and real property records management.
- Conduct site assessments to prioritize work action based on facility condition.
Requirements
- Must hold Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- 5-10 years of technical experience in Real Property Systems preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail.
- Experience with CMMS like DMLSS, MAXIMO, or similar systems.
