Shifts Available: 7:00am-3:00pm and 11:00pm-7:00am

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with residents and their families to provide quality care and assistance.
- Assist residents with daily activities, ensuring their unique preferences and needs are met.
- Contribute to Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and ensure residents' well-being throughout the shift.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and contribute to the community's risk management programs.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required based on state regulations.
- Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
