Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager to join the Ted Britt Auto Group team. As an integral part of the dealership, you will be responsible for securing each sale and overseeing the financing and insurance process for vehicle purchases.

Responsibilities

• Protect gross profit margins by arranging financing deals effectively.
• Establish strong relationships with lenders to provide customers with competitive financing options.
• Generate additional revenue through the sale of insurance products and service contracts.
• Manage and process all paperwork related to vehicle sales accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Train sales staff on finance and insurance programs.
• Coordinate with the sales department to achieve desired levels of penetration and income.
• Supervise and train backup staff to maintain department efficiency in your absence.
• Handle rate quotations and credit applications.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have strong product knowledge, professionalism, and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. AFIP certification is a must for this role.
