Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Case Manager to join our team at Goodwill Industries of South Central Wisconsin, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and managing individualized services in vocational, personal, and social skills to support our employment participants. You will lead a team of Support Employment staff to provide high-quality services and support to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop individualized service plans and monitor progress to meet participant goals.
  • Coordinate services and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and advocacy for served persons.
  • Assist in skill development, behavior management, job modifications, and personal care support.
  • Ensure adherence to supported employment services principles and employment laws.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in a related field, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn and use databases.
  • Valid Driver's license, good driving record, and proof of insurance.
