Job Description

The Child Care Team Lead (CCTL) at VASA Fitness is responsible for building and developing a high-performing team dedicated to ensuring the safety and entertainment of children visiting KidCare. The CCTL will maintain a welcoming environment, deliver fun and entertaining programs, and ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the KidCare center.

Responsibilities

• Support staffing and training for Child Care Attendants (CCA).
• Uphold KidCare standards and ensure the safety of mini members.
• Manage operating costs and execute fun and entertaining programming.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of KidCare equipment and center.
• Build and develop a high-performing team, coaching ongoing team member development.
