Job Description
We are looking to hire a Customer Experience Representative at our Foundever™ location in Wise, VA. As a Customer Experience Representative, your primary role will involve handling inbound service calls and ensuring customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and email communications. You will be responsible for interacting with clients, providing professional customer service, and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound service calls from customers.
- Drive customer satisfaction through various communication channels.
- Navigate multiple systems and tools to assist customers.
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development opportunities.

- Must reside within 50 miles of Wise, VA and be at least 18 years old.
