Customer Service Representative - Waterboro / Req # 1046

Department: Branch Administration

Reports to: Branch Manager/Assistant Branch Manager

Supervises: None

Status: Non-Exempt / Full Time

Level: Level 4

Location: Waterboro / On-site only

Must already be authorized to work in the United States. Relocation is not provided.

Summary: The Customer Service Representative will engage in business development activities with new and existing customers, focusing on selling and servicing deposit products and related services. This role requires strong relationship selling skills, product knowledge, and efficient problem resolution capabilities.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in front-line banking or financial services preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer sales and service abilities.
  • Organizational, technical, and computer proficiency.
  • Adaptability and openness to change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in sales and service of deposit products, some consumer loans.
  • Proactively engage customers to identify needs, offer solutions, and close sales.
  • Generate quality referrals for various products and services.
  • Provide outstanding service to customers and coworkers.
  • Support branch sales plans, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Efficiently handle teller transactions and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Adhere to security, compliance, and operational policies.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.
