Job Description
We are seeking team & service-oriented Dietary Aids to join our dynamic team at Chatsworth by Erickson Senior Living. As a Dietary Aid, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and guests, ensuring the overall efficiency of the dining room and pantry, and supporting our mission, vision, and values.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome residents at the restaurant.
- Work with the seaters to ensure the flow of the restaurant.
- Assist with food preparation, stocking, serving, and post-meal clean-up.
- Ensure adequate nutritional intake for all residents.
- Answer telephones professionally and follow up with requests.
- Maintain front of the house and kitchen sanitation.

Requirements
- Preferred six months of experience in a food service environment.
- Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in the English language.
- Ability to safely lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility with schedule, available to work some weekends and holidays.
