Position Overview: The Server plays a crucial role in representing the Silver Diner brand to our guests. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional hospitality, driving sales, serving food & beverages, and managing POS transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure each guest receives outstanding service.
• Accurately take orders and suggestively sell to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items.
• Pre-bus tables, maintain cleanliness, and complete side work.

Brand Delivery:

• Adhere to uniform standards and SMG scoring criteria.
• Deliver the Silver Diner brand experience consistently.

Cost Balancing:

• Properly manage sales, cash handling, and portion control.

Performance Measures:

• Achieve positive sales growth and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Develop strong guest relationships.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience as a Server or Bartender preferred.
• Excellent guest service skills, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Positive, energetic, and able to work effectively under pressure.

Physical Requirements:

This role involves working with food, kitchen equipment, and requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
