Job Description
We are looking for a Field Premium Auditor to join our Premium Audit team at Society Insurance Company. As a Field Premium Auditor, you will conduct field and electronic premium audits for Workers' Compensation and General Liability policies, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. You will play a crucial role in providing accurate assessments and maintaining exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Workers' Compensation and General Liability premium audits by thoroughly reviewing policyholder operations.
- Examine and document insured's financial records to determine premium assessments.
- Prepare audit recaps and manage the audit process efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries and provide necessary explanations regarding audits.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and continuously improve auditing processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of premium audit experience or Associate degree with 5+ years of experience.
- Proficient in computer skills and spreadsheets.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of premium audit areas.
