Job Description

We are looking for a Field Premium Auditor to join our Premium Audit team at Society Insurance Company. As a Field Premium Auditor, you will conduct field and electronic premium audits for Workers' Compensation and General Liability policies, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. You will play a crucial role in providing accurate assessments and maintaining exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Workers' Compensation and General Liability premium audits by thoroughly reviewing policyholder operations.
  • Examine and document insured's financial records to determine premium assessments.
  • Prepare audit recaps and manage the audit process efficiently.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide necessary explanations regarding audits.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and continuously improve auditing processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of premium audit experience or Associate degree with 5+ years of experience.
  • Proficient in computer skills and spreadsheets.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of premium audit areas.
