Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Member Advisor to join the team at Hoosier Hills Credit Union. As a Member Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our members receive exceptional service and have access to the products and services that best meet their financial needs. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with new and existing members, providing expert advice, and facilitating various transactions and account services.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service to members while adhering to the Credit Union's service promises.
- Act in the best interest of both the member and the Credit Union at all times.
- Possess strong knowledge of HHCU products and services to assist members effectively.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently, including account maintenance and loan processing.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration within the organization to enhance the member experience.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail setting with customer interaction preferred.
- Strong knowledge of retail delivery products and Credit Union services.
- Ability to analyze data and establish positive relationships.
Work Environment
- Normal accessibility of branch and corporate work sites necessary.
- Physical agility and dexterity, including occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
