Oklahoma Dental Implants & Oral Surgery, an elite oral surgery practice, is seeking a Surgical Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate should be a compassionate, hardworking team player who is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons during procedures by performing tasks like tissue retraction and IV line management.
• Ensure preoperative and postoperative patient care procedures are carried out efficiently.
• Maintain sterile techniques during surgeries, prepare equipment, and ensure patient safety.
• Complete necessary documentation and imaging procedures.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma required.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Related experience advantageous, DAANCE certification and dental assistant license preferred.

Skills and Abilities

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a team.
• Excellent manual dexterity and critical thinking skills.
