Liberty Senior Living is seeking an experienced MEDICATION TECHNICIAN — AREA DIRECTOR to join the team on a full-time basis. As the Area Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of residents by administering medications, supervising resident care employees, and maintaining high-quality standards of care.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the admissions process, including interviewing, assessing, and paperwork completion.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Obtain medication orders from physicians and oversee medication administration.
• Supervise resident care employees, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing training.
• Coordinate resident services with healthcare professionals and update families on resident status.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and emergency procedures.

Job Requirements

• Certified Nurse Aide with 3 years' supervisory experience in ACH, CRCF, or Long-Term Care.
• State certification in Medication Administration and experience working with geriatric residents.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• High school diploma or equivalent and willingness to participate in training programs.
