Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at Choctaw Staffing Solutions in Stennis Space Center, MS, supporting the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) Programs. As an LCSW, you will play a vital role in providing professional services to enhance the physical and behavioral capacity and resilience of SOF Warriors and their families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct applied research and clinical investigations in clinical/behavioral health/organizational social work.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, couples therapy, and alcohol and drug treatment evaluations.
• Collaborate with medical personnel, legal authorities, military commanders, and school districts as needed.

Qualifications

• Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current, unrestricted clinical license to practice independently in one of the 50 states.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Minimum of two years' experience in clinical social work.
• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS).

Desired Skills

• Prior military or SOF experience is a plus.
• Experience in Substance Abuse/Disorder Treatment is desirable.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident Status required.

Additional Requirements

• Participation in staff rides and production of papers/reports related to subject matter expertise may be necessary.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
