Job Description

This position is responsible for recruiting candidates for club level operations positions both at the team lead and frontline level. The HR Field Recruiter is a skilled recruiter with the ability to assess talent while presenting VASA fitness job opportunities to candidates. Reporting directly to the Director of HR, the HR field recruiter is primarily responsible for sourcing candidates for club level positions. This includes screening applicants and passing top candidates along for consideration by hiring managers. The HR Field Recruiter communicates directly with candidates and hiring managers throughout the entire recruiting cycle to employment, ensuring that VASA policies, procedures and practices are followed. This role will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist, HR Field Managers, and HR Coordinator to ensure that candidates are efficiently processed through our HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with field leadership to include District Managers and General Managers and Team Leads in the company, providing ongoing recruiting assistance.
  • Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer.
  • Provide recommendations for hiring managers about job candidates.
  • Document recruiting activity and phone screens.
  • Communicate directly with General Managers regarding candidates, interviews, offers, and start dates.
  • Process candidates through all stages of Recruitment Management (ATS) tracking and detailing processing throughout, including the dispositioning of candidates.
  • Work with HR Coordinators to ensure the posting of open job reqs.
  • Following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Offer help and support with the onboarding process.
  • Generate candidates through multiple sourcing methods.
  • Communicate with hiring managers for hiring needs.
  • Managing candidates through Recruitment Management system.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent.
  • Ensure job postings are in compliance with all legal requirements.
