We are looking for a Field Service Technician to perform on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs for our products at various customer sites across the United States. This dynamic role requires travel, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Complete all service documentation accurately and on time.
• Provide exceptional customer service and promote extended warranty contracts.
• Deliver technical training and support as required.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or related field, OR 2-7 years of technical support or field service experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel and work independently.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
