Registered Nurse - Hospice Clinical Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate case management for all patient services.
• Supervise and support assigned Care staff.
• Provide direct patient care including case management and care planning.
• Ensure efficient utilization of staffing resources.

Requirements

• Active RN licensure in North Carolina.
• Minimum of three years of varied clinical nursing experience.
• Knowledge of hospice/homecare regulations.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with computer applications and CPR certification.
